IMPORTANT NOTES:

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL NOTES REGARDING THIS YEAR'S STORE.

- The current ordering phase will end at 11:59 PM EST on March  31st, 2024. All orders, except for helmet only orders, from that phase will be processed at one time as a group. On April 1st, 2024 the next store phase will begin, which will close at the end of April.

- All orders, except helmets, will begin to process once the team store is closed and be processed as a team within 2-3 weeks of the store closing.

Timeline for Orders to be completed:

Apparel = 2-3 Weeks after the store closes.
Helmets = 5-6 business days after your order is placed. Shipping time not included.

Gloves and Helmets - With manufacturing shortages possible due to COVID-19 and Supply Chain Issues, Top String Lacrosse cannot be responsible for any delays in manufacturing and cannot guarantee an estimated arrival time.

Apparel - With manufacturing shortages possible due to COVID-19 and Supply Chain Issues, Top String Lacrosse will do its best to substitute a size, color, or different item, backorder, or a provide a refund if an item may become unavailable.

Refunds or Returns:

​- Due to the custom nature of team apparel, helmets, gloves, and other featured items there can be no refunds nor returns. Items may have slight differences due to manufacturing and screen-printing processes.

Distribution and Shipping:

-- Custom Team Store orders are NOT eligible for the standard free shipping method.  Please select "IN-STORE PICK UP" at check out if you wish to pick-up your order at our store.  Select UPS shipping if you would like your items directly shipped to you or if you live outside of the Pittsburgh region.
