RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Top String Lacrosse will return or exchange unused, non-customized merchandise in original packaging and/or the manufacturer's original condition within 30 days of purchase (Criteria listed below). Returns/exchanges must be accompanied by hard copy proof of purchase and can be refunded as a merchandise credit or in the original payment method. Customized items which include team stores items, custom dyed and/or strung heads, custom design helmets and any other specialty personalized merchandise are not valid for return or exchange. While custom strung heads cannot be returned we will however do our best to try to help you with any fix for a problem that you may be experiencing with a custom stringing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
CUSTOM DYED / STRUNG HEADS
Each custom dyed and/or custom strung head is crafted specifically for your order and, therefore, is not eligible for return or refund. In addition, custom dyed and/or custom professionally strung heads are warrantied through the manufacturer of the head. The manufacturer’s warranty does not include the dye and/or custom professional stringing service. The customer is responsible for any desired dye or professional stringing service on a warranty issued replacement head.
Eligible Return Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and meeting the following criteria:
- Be in the item’s original packaging and package tagging
- Show no scuffs, stains, dirt, wear marks from stringing or other marks that would indicate use
- Be in the original condition in which it was purchased.
Within the first 30 days of your purchase, most items in your order are under limited warranty by Top String Lacrosse or our manufacturers to be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal use as deemed by warranty provider. HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
1. First contact Top String Lacrosse by emailing email@example.com or by phone at 412-409-2786; so that we can verify that the item meets the Eligible Return Criteria.
2. Once verified you can then send the item and a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip back to us.
3. You can ship the item back to us with any shipping service, however we do recommend shipping via UPS or insured USPS mail.
Top String Lacrosse will not be responsible for neither shipping nor return shipping on orders that we correctly filled. Top String Lacrosse will be responsible for all shipping costs if we sent you an incorrect item.
4. Keep records of your receipts and tracking numbers in case package is lost or damaged en route.
Top String Lacrosse will not responsible for returned packages that are lost in shipment.
5. Please allow up to three business days from the date that we receive your return shipment for returns processing. Once the items have been approved for return we process the refund, it may take up to 14 business days for your credit card
