Within the first 30 days of your purchase, most items in your order are under limited warranty by Top String Lacrosse or our manufacturer partners to be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal use as deemed by each individual manufacturer.
Limited warranties exclude damage resulting from the improper care, use, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear or other causes not related to defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty policies include the product only and do apply to any additional added services such as head dyeing or stringing. After 30 days, only the manufacturer warranty will apply, so any defective product must be returned directly to the manufacturer with valid receipt. However Top String Lacrosse will do our best to work with you to resolve any warranty issue directly if it is within our means to do so.

CUSTOM DYED / CUSTOM STRUNG HEADS
Top String Lacrosse will replace any custom stringing that may break within 30 days from the date of purchase. Top String Lacrosse will replace any custom dyes that may fade within 30 days from the date of purchase, normal wear marks, scratches, abrasions that are result from the nature of the game of lacrosse will not be covered.
